Refund and Cancellation Policy

Owner decision required: Standard refund window, renewal cancellation deadline and expected response timeframe must be confirmed before checkout is activated.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal when processed according to the available support or billing method. Telegram access may continue until the end of the paid period or may be removed based on the configured membership rules.

Refund requests

Refund requests should include full name, email, Telegram username, payment reference, product, reason and relevant evidence. Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method where possible. Payment-provider processing times may vary.

Review cases

Duplicate payments, technical billing errors, non-delivery of access, material misdescription and exceptional circumstances may be reviewed. Access already provided, non-use, trading losses or market outcomes are not automatically refund reasons.

Chargebacks and rights

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support does not guarantee entitlement to a refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
