Application and approval
The KIRA Partner Program is invite-only or manually approved. Approval does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise or authority to bind Kira Engineer Hub.
Commission model
Approved partners may receive 20% of eligible collected membership revenue during the referred customer's first 90 days, subject to a 30-day referral window, monthly payout after a 30-day validation period, and USD 50 minimum payout.
Validation and reversals
Commissions are not payable for existing members, self-purchases, fake accounts, refunded payments, disputed payments, fraud, unauthorized coupon sites or recruiting other affiliates.
Promotion rules
Affiliates must use required disclosures and may not guarantee profits, imply risk-free trading, claim Kira manages funds, present membership as personalized financial advice, fabricate win rates, use fake screenshots, impersonate Kira Engineer, use unofficial discounts, create false urgency, spam, or purchase through their own link.
Brand, data and termination
Brand-keyword bidding, confusing domains, unofficial social handles, email spam, fake engagement and unauthorized IP use are prohibited. Kira may monitor, suspend or terminate participation for abuse or compliance risk. Governing law and dispute-handling details will be confirmed in the final legal version.
