The Private Membership provides educational content, market discussion, planning resources and private community access. It is not investment advice, portfolio management, copy trading or guaranteed signals.
Plans, pricing and billing
Current commercial pricing is Monthly Membership: USD 70 and Three-Month Membership: USD 189. The Three-Month Membership saves USD 21 compared with three separate monthly payments. If automatic renewal is enabled at checkout, the renewal terms must be shown before payment.
Cancellation and refunds
Members may request cancellation through the stated support channel. Refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Telegram access may be removed after cancellation, failed payment or expiry.
Access delivery and Telegram requirements
Access is delivered through Telegram-dependent channels or groups. Members are responsible for maintaining their Telegram account and following community rules.
Member conduct and restrictions
Account sharing, redistribution, screen recording, reposting private analysis, harassment, spam, false results and unauthorized promotion are prohibited. Kira may warn, suspend or remove members for rule violations.
Early Bird Member Benefit
The Early Bird benefit is limited to eligible members who joined before 1 July 2026 and whose eligibility is verified against Kira records. Eligible members may receive a personal discount code. The code is personal, non-transferable, cannot be resold, and cannot normally be combined with other promotions. Fraud, sharing, resale, chargebacks or abuse may result in revocation. The discount rate is read from central pricing configuration and is currently 20%.

Service interruptions, pricing changes, contact and complaints
Telegram outages, internet issues and service changes may occur. Pricing may change for future periods. Complaints may be submitted through the Complaints Procedure or by email.
