KIRA VIP Membership
KIRA VIP Membership is a paid educational membership delivered through the KIRA VIP Channel and KIRA VIP Group. It provides structured educational discussion, market context, risk-aware planning resources, learning material, community support and official member updates.
Exclusions
Membership does not include personalized advice, investment management, brokerage, trade execution, guaranteed signals, guaranteed profits, tax advice, legal advice, or access to Project 242 unless expressly stated in a separate official offer.
Personal access
Access is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, copied into competing paid communities, recorded, redistributed or used by another person.
Telegram delivery and activation
Access is coordinated through Telegram. Activation may require payment confirmation, Telegram username verification and manual approval. Telegram availability and platform rules may affect delivery.
Billing periods and renewal
Public pricing is USD 70 per month or USD 189 every three months. Online checkout is currently disabled. When recurring billing is activated, renewal frequency will be shown before payment and the selected plan will renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals when processed before the next renewal date. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund already-paid periods and access may continue until the end of the paid period.
Failed payments and expiry
Failed, reversed or disputed payments may delay activation or lead to access removal. Expired membership may require a new access review.
Crypto payments
Membership may also be purchased with cryptocurrency (USDT on the TRON/TRC20 network) through a third-party crypto payment processor. Crypto payments are a one-time payment for a fixed access period (30 days for the monthly plan, 90 days for the quarterly plan) and do not renew automatically — access ends when the period lapses unless a new payment is made. The price is the same USD amount, paid in USDT. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, crypto payments are final and non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Members are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network; payments sent on the wrong network or below the required amount may not be credited.
Community conduct
Members must follow the Community Rules. Kira Engineer Hub may pause or remove access for abuse, redistribution, harassment, unauthorized promotion, fake claims, chargeback abuse or security risk.
Early Bird terms
Verified Early Bird Members may be eligible for reduced pricing on qualifying KIRA VIP Membership plans. Current Early Bird pricing is USD 56 per month or USD 160 every three months. Eligibility may remain available for the member's lifetime, but access always requires an active paid subscription. The benefit is personal, non-transferable, not normally combinable with other offers, and does not apply to Project 242 unless officially extended.
