How to submit a complaint
Send your full name, email, Telegram username, product, payment reference if relevant, complaint description, evidence and requested resolution to KE@kiraengineerhub.com.
Acknowledgement and investigation
Complaints should be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe and reviewed based on the nature of the issue, available evidence, and the contact details provided.
Complaint types
Complaints may relate to payment issues, community conduct, membership access, privacy matters, content concerns or technical access.
Records, confidentiality and escalation
Complaint records should be kept confidential and not exposed publicly. External rights under applicable law are not limited. Do not claim ombudsman or regulator access unless verified.
